We are excited to share that we completed our Annual Pilgrimage Programme for 2025! Nine senior citizens from Drakteng, Nubi, and Korphu (Trongsa) and Bjoka (Zhemgang) embarked on an eight-day life-changing pilgrimage to Dorjii Den (Bodhgaya), the sacred land of Enlightenment, from 30th December 2025 to 6 January 2026 ๐Ÿ™

For many, this was a journey of a lifetime:

๐Ÿ›• Visiting holy sites such as Nalanda, Dra Ge Phungpo, Varanasi, Shawa Regi Draphu, Lo Dru Kawa, Bhutanese Temple in Rajigiri, and more

๐Ÿ’› Fulfilling a long-cherished dream they had carried for decades

Accompanied by two coordinators, the pilgrimage was filled with devotion, wonder, and deep spiritual joy moments that will be treasured forever.

๐ŸŒผ The Annual Pilgrimage, one of the Foundationโ€™s most cherished initiatives, has been carried forward since 2008 to commemorate the coronation of His Majesty The Druk Gyalpo Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, celebrating faith, community, and compassion.
