


From 𝟐𝟖 𝐭𝐨 𝟑𝟎 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, Tarayana Foundation, under the 𝐇𝐈-𝐂𝐀𝐒 (𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮 𝐊𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝐇𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧) project, successfully conducted a 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫-𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 (𝐈𝐀𝐒𝐏) 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐢, 𝐍𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐚 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐡𝐮𝐛𝐮 𝐆𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐠, 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐚.
Over three enriching days, participants explored practical approaches to 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐆𝐄𝐒𝐈).



As part of the programme, participants also attended an 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐭, helping to strengthen their understanding of water governance, conservation, and the shared responsibility of protecting this vital resource. We extend our sincere appreciation to the Department of Water for facilitating this important session and sharing their valuable expertise.

The learning continued on 𝟑𝟏 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲, when relevant officials from the Punakha Dzongkhag Administration
joined for a progress update and orientation on the IASP approach. The session provided an opportunity to share project progress, strengthen collaboration, and reinforce a shared commitment to advancing climate resilience through integrated and inclusive solutions.
Together, these efforts reflect the power of partnerships, knowledge sharing, and community participation in building resilient landscapes and sustainable livelihoods.
