As part of the Foundation’s 20th Anniversary Celebrations, Hon’ble Founding President, Her Majesty Gyalyum Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck is visited Tarayana sites in the four eastern districts.
On the 12th October 2023, en route to Gyalpozhing, Her Majesty met and interacted with the community members of Sengor village under Saling Gewog, at Sengor.
The community members thanked Tarayana for the support received in promoting cane and bamboo crafts and enhancing their agricultural productivity.
Her Majesty was received by the Mongar Dzongkhag Administration led by Dasho Dzongda at Sengor.
Her Majesty is accompanied by officials from the Secretariat, and Aum Chhimmy Pem, Tarayana Executive Committee Member.
