


With the support from Divisional Forest Office, Samtse a hands-on training on animal behaviour and safety measures is being conducted for Quick Response Team (QRT) members and community members of DhamtshangmaโKhanduthang Chiwog and LamaithangโTaserpo Chiwog, under Samtse Gewog, Samtse District, from 9th February and will conclude by 13th February 2026. The sessions are designed to build practical skills, strengthen local preparedness, and support safer interactions between people and wildlife.
Together, these interventions mark a key step in strengthening humanโwildlife co-existence at the community level, empowering communities to live more safely and harmoniously with nature.
