In addition to this salary payment, the supplementary contribution is paid according to the superannuation guarantee laws. This and other conditions are subject to working schedules in accordance with the Victorian Catholic 2018 Multi-Enterprise Education Agreement. The successful occupational therapist will have well-developed interpersonal skills that can effectively advise and manage multiple stakeholder interests while working as a team. They have knowledge of the development of educational and domestic programs for students with sensory impairments, developmental delays and attention problems, awareness of recent developments in disability management in school-aged children, and the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records of assessment, treatment and progress. Assistance is given to graduates who may not have a lot of experience. Knowledge of financial procedures and a willingness to learn in this area will be an integral part of development.
