In collaboration with Project Management Unit Building Resilient Commercial Smallholder Agriculture-BRECSA and World Food Programme (WFP), the Tarayana Foundation successfully conducted training on Community Mobilization, Nutrition Assessment Methods, and Home Gardening for Sanam Jabchorpas (Agriculture Extension Supporters) in Tsirang, Sarpang, Zhemgang, and Trongsa from Jan 27 โ€“ Feb 3, 2025.

The sessions, led by Mr. Chhimi Dorji, Director of Tarayana Centre for Research and Development (TCRD), equipped participants with essential skills to promote #sustainableagriculture, improve #NutritionSecurity, and enhance #CommunityEngagement. The team also engaged with Gewog-level officials to clarify roles, streamline reporting, and strengthen coordination for effective project implementation.
